Non-Revenue Water (NRW)
Deca core business is a range of of Non Revenue Water products and services. Even though the company is young with only 6 years of experience, Deca is blessed to have leaders and staff that has experienced working in various projects including the country's first successful NRW project in Selangor.
Deca offers a range of services which includes the following:-

NRW Consultancy and Strategy Development

Pressure Management including installation and commissioning of PRV, as well as advanced pressurement management.

Active Leak Detection services including consultancy, strategy development, and leak detection using various devices for both within zone and main trunk detection.

Commercial Loss Management including meter audit, meter replacement, meter reading and others.

Step test, new zone setup, and zone reestablishment services.
Civil Engineering Services
One of Deca's differentiator in the market as an NRW player is Deca is also provides civil engineering services. Deca starts as a complimentary services to its NRW project, enabling NRW project to be delivered end to end as a single entity ensuring better outcome from its projects. This includes pipe repair, setup of chambers, and prv, taping and others.
Deca has also starts to provide pipe replacement services and is now looking into treatment plant services and others.
Deca also serves the energy market by doing subcontractor work in layering of electrical cables.
DIgital Technology Services
Deca aspires to introduce various digital product and services to assist Water Companies in their daily operation especially with the trend of IR 4.0 and AI.
Deca has its own product field services management product called Jauhari which is specially designed for water company operation. It also has a module to do leak management.
Deca is also representative to Intelli Water Product in Peninsular Malaysia.
