Non-Revenue Water (NRW)
Deca started as a NRW Equipment Supplier and has since grown to offer full fledged NRW Services. We share the Malaysian Government vision to reduce water waste, and improve the water services to the nation as a whole.
Deca offers a range of services which includes the following:-

NRW Consultancy and Strategy Development

Pressure Management including installation and commissioning of PRV, as well as advanced pressurement management.

Active Leak Detection services including consultancy, strategy development, and leak detection using various devices for both within zone and main trunk detection.

Commercial Loss Management including meter audit, meter replacement, meter reading and others.
Civil Engineering Services
Deca is a G7 company involved in various civil construction and engineering work in the water industry. Deca does pipe replacement and pipe laying work, infrastructure setup such as seting up DMZ, as well as various civil construction work.
Deca services both the water and energy industry.
DIgital Technology Services
Deca aspires to introduce various digital product and services to assist Water Companies in their daily operation especially with the trend of IR 4.0 and AI.
Deca has its own product field services management product called Jauhari which is specially designed for water company operation. It also has a module to do leak management.
